SMa believes in nurturing new manufacturing start-ups with indigenous capabilities in product design, innovation and services. SMa partners Exploit Technologies to facilitate the industrial linkage to potential start-ups. Participation in the AIM Interest Group allows members to gain access and insights into this high-resource network. Enterprise Development Centre @ SMa (EDC@SMa)

EDC@SMa serves as a business clinic to the local manufacturing community. Established in 2005 as an EnterpriseOne initiative of SPRING Singapore, EDC@SMa strives to strengthen local manufacturers’ capabilities and competitive edge by developing their essential business competencies.

EDC@SMa offers services through five main thrusts:

*Funding programmes are provided by government agencies such as SPRING Singapore, IE Singapore, Ministry of Manpower, Singapore Workforce Development Agency and Health Promotion Board and more.
Applications are subject to approval of criterion from the relevant government agencies.
